high school and transfer students interested in attending Cal Poly
and playing lacrosse are encouraged to complete our Potential
Player Information Form. Please include a few basic biographical
items: name, phone number, high school, home town, position played,
years of experience, current GPA, and intended major of study and
intended quarter of enrollment at Cal Poly. Feel free to include additional
information regarding your academic and lacrosse achievements.Links All Potential Players Experienced High School and Transfer Players Admitted, but NEVER played before? PLEASE NOTE: Cal Poly's admissions standards are among the state's most stringent, including the UC system. If you are a subpar student but an excellent lacrosse player, you will have difficulty being admitted to Cal Poly. The men's lacrosse club has very little influence in the admissions process at this time. We encourage all interested students to apply, however, and speak with Coach Myers before doing so.
